The most important thing about your wedding day is that you consciously take in every single moment and experience it with all your senses, without stress, without haste, but full of ease and joy. It is your day, your story, that is being celebrated here. The special people in your life, your family, your closest friends, help to make this day unforgettable. Yet at the centre are always you as a couple, your connection and everything that makes you unique.
As a destination wedding planner, it is my job to create precisely this space for you. I ensure that everything runs smoothly in the background so that you can focus entirely on yourselves and your guests.
With a sharp eye for detail and a structured schedule, I keep all the strings together, coordinate the various service providers and remain in close contact with the venue.
In doing so, I am not only your organiser, but also your reliable point of contact – before, during and after the wedding. I anticipate potential challenges, solve problems before they arise, and create an atmosphere in which you can feel secure and relaxed. My goal is for your wedding day to flow harmoniously, feel effortless and natural, and for you to experience it exactly as you have always dreamed.

1. Getting to know -
discussion & handover of all information
During a detailed conversation, I will receive all the important information regarding your planning. In addition, all contact details for your service providers and relevant contact persons (e.g. best man and maid of honour) will be handed over.
2. Preliminary Planning & Communication

I will take over the final coordination in the run-up to your wedding day and manage the communication with all parties involved, including the head of service and the venue.

On the wedding day, I am the main contact point
partner for everyone. I coordinate the entire process, look after your guests, and keep an eye on the schedule and programme – even across multiple venues. This is how I guarantee a stress-free, structured and unforgettable day.
