Structure and discipline have been part of my life from an early age. As a competitive dancer, I understood early on what it takes to do something really well: hard work, creativity and an eye for the bigger picture.

Eight years ago, I took my first steps into the world of event management. From the very first event, I knew: this was exactly where I belonged! The perfect blend of planning, creativity, and connecting with people made me realise that I had found my passion.
A few years ago, I had the opportunity to work on an internationally renowned production, where I was able to further develop and strengthen my skills.

My former dance teacher once said something to me that has stayed with me to this day: „If everything looks easy in the end, the work behind it was great.“ That is precisely my standard.
