3. Location-
scouting & guests

I research exclusive locations and organise accommodation for your guests and shuttle services. All special requests can be arranged upon consultation.
4. Selection and presentation of all service providers
I will take care of the search, selection and, upon request, the organisation and booking of all required service providers and trades. Naturally,
also taking into account individual and special requests.
5. Ongoing planning & support
Through regular planning meetings and continuous updates, you remain fully informed and flexible in your decisions at all times.
6. Detailed schedule
I am creating a structured and well-thought-out schedule for your wedding day that perfectly connects all the programme items.
7. Complete wedding
coordination (Day-Date)
On the wedding day, I take over the complete coordination of all processes, service providers, and points of contact.
8. First dance incl. rehearsal sessions
Your wedding dance will be prepared individually, including two personal rehearsal sessions (location and time by arrangement).
